The most common thought that we have in common is how can I become a millionaire. Or even if it’s possible for me to become a millionaire. The answer to that is “yes”, anyone can become a millionaire & it’s not impossible. But you need dedication & patience. Now, there are a plethora of ways to be rich but I’m gonna be focusing on the 2 of the most important ones – Real Estate & Stock Market. Hi, I am Zack & let’s get started!

Now, some might be asking, What The Hell is Real Estate & Stock Market. Wikipedia says “Real estate is property consisting of land and the buildings on it, along with its natural resources such as crops, minerals or water; immovable property of this nature; an interest vested in this an item of real property, buildings or housing in general” but I think it’s not the appropriate definition. Real Estate is the sale of Estates in general where one can buy, flip, or sell any land according to his investment.

And speaking of Stock Market, again, Wikipedia says “A stock market, equity market or share market is the aggregation of buyers and sellers of stocks, which represent ownership claims on businesses; these may include securities listed on a public stock exchange, as well as stock that is only traded privately” & I agree with it.

In history of this world, Real Estate has made more millionaires than Stock Market, Stock Market’s variable & unlike Real Estate it’s electronic, which can be a bit fiddly for some people, but I think younger generations are gonna be opting for this rather than Estate. Now, in Real Estate the most important things are:

  • Leverage –  leverage is any technique involving the use of debt rather than fresh equity in the purchase of an asset, with the expectation that the after-tax profit to equity holders from the transaction
  • Types – Flip, Land, Complex, etc.
  • Negotiation – Negotiation is a method by which people settle differences. It is a process by which compromise or agreement is reached while avoiding argument and dispute
  • Marketing – Ads

& for Stock Market, it’s a bit complicated, there are a lotta things, you need to know, before you jump in. The basic things include:

  • Basic Market Knowledge – you should know how the market is doing in your country.
  • Good with numbers – If you’re not comfortable with numbers, this isn’t for you.

Now, I won’t say that you can make millions, instantly through either of them. But, I will say, stick to it & you’ll make it, sure enough, it will take time & you have to deal with a lotta shitty people but you’ll gain profit. A thing about Real Estate is that you never loose money (unless you’re very poor at any of the above mentioned criterias). You buy a piece of land, you either keep it, slip it, or sell int directly. It’s upto you. What I like to do is, I like to keep it, invest a bit more & then sell it at a high price, deducting taxes I can get anywhere around $50,000 to a $100,000 on a $500,000 deal.

Now for Stock Market, the story is a bit different. For stock Market if you have invested on the right stock, only then it’s profit but that varies according to the market. Sometimes, you can make hundreds of thousands & other times a loss of hundreds of thousands (chill, no one’s ever had a loss of a $100,000). So, it depends on the economy. Currently, Apple‘s having a major loss.
